These Terms of Use apply to the mobile application Price My Cake on iOS and Android. By downloading, accessing, or using Price My Cake, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms that apply through the app store where you obtained the app.
App Store Terms
If you downloaded Price My Cake from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies unless a custom EULA is stated in App Store Connect. You can read Apple's standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
If you downloaded Price My Cake from Google Play, your download, purchases, subscriptions, and use of Google Play services are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and other applicable Google terms.
Subscriptions & Billing
Price My Cake offers a Premium subscription (Pro Tier) that unlocks additional app features, including:
- Creating unlimited recipes (free tier is limited to 3)
- Creating unlimited quotes and customer invoices (free tier is limited to 3)
- Full secure cloud backup and synchronization across all your devices
- Advanced business analytics and sales insights (gated on free tier)
- Generating and exporting custom client invoices with billing and payment details
All subscription purchases, payments, and billing profiles are handled directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store, subject to their respective transaction terms. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected, auto-renew at the end of each period, and can be cancelled at any time through your device's subscription management settings.

Price My Cake is designed to assist bakers in calculating costs and managing pricing. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all calculations, formulas, and data layers, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the tool will meet all business requirements, and we are not liable for any financial losses, pricing errors, or client invoice disputes arising from your use of the application.
Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
